How to Delete Your Fliptoe Account

If you no longer wish to use Fliptoe, you can permanently delete your account and associated data directly from within the application by following the steps below.

   Go to Profile Settings

   Open the app and navigate to your Profile Settings from the main menu.

   Go to Accounts

   Within Profile Settings, select the Accounts section.

   Select Delete Account

   Choose the Delete Account option from the Accounts section.

   Confirm Deletion

   A pop up will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to delete your account or keep it. Confirm to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account — you must complete the steps above.
